Additional Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Also included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling various parts of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.

Additional images disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
